Our Methodology

The purpose of the half-day GOALS Workshop is to develop a detailed Marketing Communications Plan. The process identifies the target markets, unique selling benefits and key messages. The resulting marketing communications plan ensures that the tactics are focused on a marketing message for which there is consensus and that the message is developed from the prospects' point-of-view.

For the workshop itself we ask that you assemble the members of your organization that will have the most to offer in terms of creating a strategic approach to your marketing and business development efforts. Please plan on a two to three hour interactive session.
